Photography Services Terms and Conditions
1. Booking Policy: All photography sessions must be booked and completed within three months from the date of purchase. An exception is made for wedding bookings, which must be scheduled and completed within twelve months from the date of purchase.
2. No Refund Policy: Once a booking is made and payment is received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure that the time allocated for your session is reserved exclusively for you, allowing us to provide the highest quality service.
3. Rescheduling: In the event that you need to reschedule your session, you may do so once, provided that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. The rescheduled date must fall within the original three-month booking window, or twelve-month window for weddings.
4. Cancellation by Photographer: If unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel a booked session, we will offer you the option to reschedule or provide a full refund.
5. Image Rights: All images produced during the session remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients will receive a license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
